This wine is rich, fruity and complex. It expresses notes of citrus, quince and grapefruit… In mouth this wine is fresh and round. Good length.
This Sake expresses a high purity (made from spring water). It reveals aromas of ripe tropical fruits (papaya, mango, guava) but also of nectarine and melon. It’s round and mineral. This Sake expresses a slight mineral acidity on the finish to enhance fruits aromas.
A very fruity Sake. It expresses aromas of green apple. A fresh and mineral Sake. It reveals on the mid-palate notes of anise and licorice to finish on a light bitterness (very nice).

A delicious Saké. It is mineral and expresses aromas of sweet papaya, anise, lemongrass and notes of Granny apple accompanied by a slight acidity. Good length.
(100% Cabernet Sauvignon) This wine reveals aromas of ripe red fruits (including strawberries and cranberry) associated with small hints of cassis. A quite light wine. The finish is medium long.
(60% Semillon 30% Sauvignon Muscadelle 10%) This wine expresses fruity notes (including citrus, nectarines) associated with acacia, spices and brioche notes. Fine bubbles. A long finish with a hint of acidity and fruit.
(90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon) A powerful, round and concentrated wine. It reveals fruits flavors (currant, black cherry, strawberry), spices, undergrowth with woody notes. The finish is long and reveals slight chocolate notes and pepper notes. The tannins are quite present. A promising wine but I advise it need to wait 2 years…
(95% Semillon, Sauvignon 5%, 5% Muscadelle) A powerful and aromatic wine. It reveals notes of prunes, sweet mirabelle plum, pear and candied dried fruits (including grapes). A little freshness on the palate.
A fresh, fruity and well-balanced wine. It reveals notes of citrus, slightly more white fruits associated with a small notes of brioche and woody notes.
