A wine of great freshness, mineral, round, elegant and fruity enough (especially pineapple, lemon walls, white fruits). A good sugar / acidity balance. Woody finals, including vanilla and a hint of brioche.
An elegant and fine nectar, fine, round developing aromas of citrus, lemon flowers, small yellow fruits, flint, nectarine and tropical fruit (pineapple, lychee).
A nice, fresh, well-balanced and mineral wine. It expresses notes of citrus (grapefruit, lemon), exotic fruits and acacia. A final acidity and wood.
A fine wine, revealing aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) with always smoky and woody. Nice sweetness in the mouth for this vintage. A peppery finish, persistent and with a slight bitterness.
A powerful wine with good concentration of fruit particularly red fruit combined with notes of plum, spice, licorice and smoke. Bold nectar, beautiful ‘purity’. A beautiful structure and consistency in the mouth. The tannins are well made. The finish is persistent. Personally I advise to wait 8-10 years before opening.
The nose is fruity (black cherry, currant, gooseberry, blackberry) but also developing aromas of vanilla, violets and roasted cocoa. A mineral nectar with fruit “fleshy” in the mouth …. tannins are well-integrated.
A fresh wine develops aromas of strawberry and currants along with a slight acidity that leads the tasting.
This wine expresses flavors of strawberry, cherry, fig and black berry. Spicy notes on the finish. The tannins are still young, they will need to wait 3/4 years to soften.
This wine expresses animals notes, spicy notes (pepper) and blackcurrant as well as fleshy red fruits. A small bitterness on the finish. Tannins are still tight. I advise you to wait 1 or 2 years before tasting.
