A wine with typical Cabernet nose, mixing black fruit and a certain ‘ carbernet’ bodypower ‘ inherent in cabernet. The palate with notes of cherry, black fruit (blackberry, plum …) with notes of spices and some woody notes. The finish is long and black fruits. A very pleasant aromatic wine.
A pretty nose blending spices and red fruits. The palate is fleshy. It expresses notes of raspberry, strawberry and hints of black fruit accompanied by spices (especially pepper). The tannins are mellow and pleasant.
(Rosé wine) A wine is a tribute to the passion of Lorre Allen for the Provence (South East of France). The nose expresses fresh berries. The mouth expresses notes of red fruits (cherry, raspberry including …), strawberry candy tagada and some floral notes after oxygenation. A nice place to enjoy fresh outdoor wine.
100% Vidal Blanc. “Ice Wine” (the juice is chilled before vinification). It develops notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango …) combined with floral notes, peach, raisins and honey. Beautiful bouquet and long finish.

(breeding for 14 months in barrel) An aromatic wine. The nose is fruity. In the mouth it develops notes of fruits (yellow fruit, pineapple, apricot, pear, melon) with notes of almond, flowers and a light vegetal note.
