Herbaceous, smoky and earthy notes on the nose; full juicy texture, the palate is driven by energy projecting itself with good acidity and smoothness. Closes on vegetal nuances and sweet flavours.
Very sweet wood notes give space after some minutes to nice spicy nuances, herbal and balsamic hints; the palate is very round and elegant, tactile, good fruity matrix accompanied by some saline, marine character.
What a nice dynamism both nose and palate, it is one of the most beautiful representations of this anteprima. Tannic, powerful, structured and soft, juicy, good persistence on the palate accompanied by a finish that brings back to the woody and saline notes. Young but already accessible.
Despite the evolution felt at the nose with red citrus ripe, and the warmth on the palate, the wine is very involving, elegant and salty. It is an iconic, recognizable Amarone, a bit severe but fibrous and powerful.
Not very expressive at the beginning, then opens up with mushroom notes, sweet-spicy and floral nuances; fine and thick tannins, hints of wet rock, the palate is very complex, juicy on the mid-palate, rippled on the finish. Wine needs time to be accomplished.

The owner, Graziano Merotto still leading today 8 hectares in five differents villages close to Treviso. A vintage brut very crispy and fragrant, the impact the sip is fresh, mineral to became first dynamic then harmonious. The palate enjoys the concentration of the fruit, lovable persistence and a herbal aftertaste.
The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a small intensity. There are notes of pulpy / candied cherry, strawberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of cherry blossoms, very fine hints of the sense of the place (local biotop) as well as an imperceptible hint of tea black and thyme flowers.
