This Sake expresses a high purity (made from spring water). It reveals aromas of ripe tropical fruits (papaya, mango, guava) but also of nectarine and melon. It’s round and mineral. This Sake expresses a slight mineral acidity on the finish to enhance fruits aromas.
A very fruity Sake. It expresses aromas of green apple. A fresh and mineral Sake. It reveals on the mid-palate notes of anise and licorice to finish on a light bitterness (very nice).
This Sake expresses aromas of melon, watermelon and acacia. A slight acidity is present in the mid-palate and then gives way to subtle aromas of flowers … a Sake that expresses a beautiful purity.
A delicious Saké. It is mineral and expresses aromas of sweet papaya, anise, lemongrass and notes of Granny apple accompanied by a slight acidity. Good length.
