(100% Chardonnay. Harvest 2010) The nose is intense, explosive and reveals mostly white fruit notes. The mouth is deep, lively, mineral, round, and reveals a beautiful acid frame. On the palate this champagne reveals notes of white fruits and citrus. Good length.
(30% Chardonnay, 70% Pinot Noir. Harvest 2011) The nose is relatively discreet and expresses notes of red fruits and blackcurrant leaf. The palate is fruity, relatively complex and reveals notes of red fruits (especially cherry and strawberry) and cassis.
(40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir) The nose is rather discreet. It reveals little notes yellow fruits, quince, dried fruits, honey and pineapple.
