(vinified in stainless steel to highlight the contributions of local limestone) A powerful nectar, complex, fruity. It develops notes of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) associated with red berries and spices. It is round, “greedy” at the end. A wine that you can drink at this point, but I would advise you to wait a few…
Ageing in barrels during 8 to 12 months. A nice structure, a nice mouthfeel. It develops notes of black fruits (blackcurrant, wild blackberry) associated with notes of strawberry. A mineral, concentrated, tannic but elegant wine.
A pleasant wine, round, fruity and complex. It develops notes of juicy black fruit (cassis, black cherry), raspberry, violet combined with notes of tobacco and spice. A wine that is more tannic than the previous one (this is related to his youth) but with a slightly shorter final.
(100% Cabernet Franc. Bleeding Rose 50%, 50% pressing) A light wine, round, with a good sugar / acidity balance. It reveals aromas of red fruits, cherry and raspberry. Good length.
(using barrels of 400 liters). A fine wine. It reveals aromas of fruits (blackcurrant and ripe red fruits) also developing vanilla, woody (mocha). The palate is fleshy, well balanced and well structured.
A complex wine that develops a bouquet of tobacco associated with currants, raspberries, small berries and hints of cherry. It also reveals notes of liquorice. A pleasant fruity end. The tannins are well done but a little young for my taste.
A well balanced wine and rounded but spicier than the vintage 2011. It also develops notes of raspberry but also small strawberries, blackcurrants, with a final cherry. Little acidity in return.
Wine developing notes of raspberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant. A good balance on the palate and a pleasant roundness. It also expresses few notes of spices.
