The nose is fresh and fruity with a nice depth, almost a slight darkness. We have notes of dried fruits such as hazelnut, especially almond and very ripe vanilla. We also perceive candied orange with a tangy side and a hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, intense with always a very present spicy side. There is more texture than fragrance with an almost vegetal hint at the end of the palate on the artichoke but also on the fresh sugar cane. The mouth is round with depth. The tasting covers the entire mouth and throat. The wrap carries with a note of vanilla.
