Tenuta Alzatura Aria di Casa Montefalco Bianco 2021

A Trebbiano Spoletino produced in Montefalco, from one of the five estates owned by the Cecchi family; Aria di Casa 2021 is the first certified organic vintage after the conversion process began in 2018. The winery operates in three different areas: Alzatura, Monterone, and San Marco, covering a total of 29 hectares. Produced in just 3,000 bottles, Aria di Casa retains excellent acidity, revealing through a 10-month aging in barriques an evolving character that transforms into aromas reminiscent of graphite and cloves, as well as ripe pomelo and magnolia. It boasts charisma and energy, capable of reaching fruity echoes of good intensity and palate persistence, making it adept at supporting more elaborate and flavorful dishes.
