The project was born on the hills of Imperia, thanks to the will of two very young men, Andrea and Simone, who pay homage to the white Vermentino grape with a minimalist approach. The vines, which grow on marly and clay soils, reach up to 350 meters above sea level, facing south and southeast. After fermentation in stainless steel and first and third passage French oak barrels, the wine expresses citrus notes, dried flowers, and Mediterranean hints; the sip, with good material concentration, is finely iodized and enveloping, with a finish that brings important notes of yellow fruit, magnolia, and ginger. It has a good gustatory impact and is appreciated for its material persistence.
