The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. It has a nice juicy and fruity nose, with a subtle spiciness. It expresses notes of blackcurrant, wild blueberry, red cherry, morello cherry, strawberry, red plum and crushed raspberry, combined with distinct and fragrant notes of licorice and menthol, as well as a touch of violet, cornflower and fresh rose and a hint of vanilla, clove and toasted almond in the background. The palate is silky and gourmand, but straight and structured, with firm but fairly round tannins and lively acidity. We find the flavors of strawberry, crushed raspberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, red cherry and morello cherry, associated with notes of violet, cornflower, dried mint, licorice, clove and a hint of toast in the background. Beautiful gourmet and persistent finish, with lots of fruit and liveliness.
