Château de France 2020 – Pessac-Léognan

Château de France 2020 – Pessac-Léognan

The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is open and aromatic, with woody and milky notes (vanilla, butter, brioche). On the second nose we find aromas of lemon cream (lemon curd) and pastry cream, as well as ripe fruits and citrus fruits (yellow peach, yellow lemon, green pear and green apple). On the mouth the wine expresses a freshness of citrus fruits (yellow lemon, grapefruit) and the roundness of stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot). In the finish, there are also notes of honey, acacia and a slight touch of beeswax and bitterness. Good length and good complexity.
