The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color with green reflections. The nose offers great concentration, elegance and maturity. It expresses notes of ripe lemon, candied lemon zest, candied lime, fresh quince, tangy apricot, green apple, white flowers (acacia, lily), as well as a slight touch of dried herbs. and a fine note of beeswax and acacia honey. On the palate, the wine offers energy and concentration. The attack is unctuous but lively and tangy. It expresses notes of fresh lime, candied lime, ripe quince, fresh field flowers, a subtle minerality as well as touches of acacia honey on the finish. The finish is long, fresh, with a delicate bitterness and salivating acidity. Nice balance between depth, roundness and a certain richness, an incisive side and a high acidity. A wine with character and potential.
