The nose is aromatic, complex, deep, beautifuly defined, multilayered and offers an elegant varietal side. There are notes of dried citrus, zests and small notes of fresh sage associated with touches of fresh rosemary, flowers as well as slight hints of kumquat and hints of « sense of place » (local biotop). The mouth is beautifuly fresh, mineral, well-balanced, vibrant, tense and offers a fresh side, energy, acidity and a certain fullness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quinte, dried zests and small notes of dried kumquat associated with touches of rosemary, fresh sage as well as touches of mesocarp, crunchy apricot as well as a subtle hint almost exotic fruits like, acacia as well as slight iodine/ saline hints. A beautiful game on the varietal and good bitterness. A slight honey hint in the background.
