The nose is fresh and fine with a slight sweet note. We perceive touches of cooked corn as well as caramel. It’s even a little creamy. The palate is fresh, aromatic with rather red fruits such as cherry in brandy but also plum in brandy. The attack is round, slightly sweet and unfolds in the mid-palate until the finish. We find its notes of red fruits, almost the cherry stone. There is a lovely freshness and deliciousness.
