The first nose is discreet with some fruits like green apple and lemony notes. There is a nice minerality and freshness. The second nose is also very fresh, almost minty. We do have nice discreet aromas of white peach and a little saltiness. The mouth is fresh and mineral with some fruits such as lemon and green apple with a little touch of white peach. The wine is dry with a nice acidity and the finish is quite juicy with lemony notes.
