The nose is fragrant, refined and herbaceous. It expresses notes of Mediterranean herbs (thyme, dried rosemary, maquis), dried wild flowers as well as ripe tangy fruits (morello cherry, red cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, blueberry), combined with touches of citrus fruits (blood orange, bergamot), a slight toasted and slightly bitter touch, as well as a hint of liquorice. The palate offers depth, power and at the same time – finesse in its tannic structure. We find a refreshing nuance of menthol, notes of Mediterranean herbs (maquis, dried rosemary, thyme, a touch of menthol), as well as a tangy fruity side (bigarreau cherry, morello cherry, cranberries, raspberry, blackcurrant), blood orange peel, liquorice, mint chocolate and toast. A refined, deep wine, with an elegant structure.
