The nose offers a certain complexity as well as a chewy side. There are notes of wild berries, sage and small notes of fine spices. The mouth is beautifuly fresh, mineral, juicy and offers a fresh frame, tension as well as a small fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, pulpy cherry and small notes of creamy plum associated with touches of racy minerality, hints of tonka beans, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of black olive and toast. Good length. Beautiful freshness and minerality. A textured side on the finish and a certain small concentration/ deepness. A kirsh and coffee hint in the background.
