The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of dried fruit such as banana and dried orange. There are also notes of vanilla and light woody notes. The palate is fresh, spicy, almost peppery, with notes of bananas and dried apple. We have a very nice touch of vanilla and light caramel. Citrus fruits are present with orange and small mandarin. The finish is with banana notes and long. There is a roundness provided by the aromatics but the whole is rather dry.
