The first nose is fresh and fruity with notes of cherry, slightly mushroomy undergrowth and a nice touch of menthol. The second nose is also aromatic with a hint of vanilla and still the presence of black fruits. The palate is fresh and fruity with notes of vanilla, coconut and sweet spices. We have touches of blackberry and cherry with a nice acidity and tannins which soften little by little. The finish is pretty, seductive with notes of vanilla, almost caramelized and stewed black fruits.
