The first nose is pronounced with aromas of cooked apple, pear, butter and lemon. The second nose is fresh and clear with a nice minerality, almost minty. The mouth is fresh and fruity with lemon, apple and a little not of pineapple. It is well-balanced. There is a small astringency in the middle of the mouth. The finish is clean with some lemon and plum. There is also a small salty butter touch.
