Terre di San Felice – Assiolo 2020 – Umbria IGT

The nose is fruity, fresh, tense and offers a fine crunchiness (in the background). It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, fresh raspberry and small notes of quite ripe small red fruits associated with slight hints of liquorice stick as well as a slight hint of violet and vanilla flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers maturity, creaminess, a fine acid structure, roundness as well as a fine spherical side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of raspberry cream, crushed blackcurrant and small notes of roasted Bigarreau cherry associated with a touch of violet as well as a subtle hint of vanilla and a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). Tannins are supple.
