The nose is aromatic and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of crème de cassis, vanilla and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of crushed cherry as well as a fine almost buttery/creamy hint. The palate is fruity, nicely racy (clay and alluvium) and offers minerality, a fresh structure, a fine enveloping fat and a fine creaminess. A strong mineral-clay character. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, creamy/fresh cherry and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of liquorice, vanilla as well as a subtle toasted hint and a subtle saline hint (in the background). Tannins are supple and fresh.
