The nose benefits from being decanted. There are notes of kumquat, dried quinte and a small notes of local bush associated with touches of lily, clove and a subtle hint of nutmeg. The mouth is fruity, stretched and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a good definition, precision, a spherical side and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quinte, dried zests and small notes of dried small yellow fruits associated with touches of bright yellow peach associated with touches of apricot flowers, bergamot as well as slight hints of Mediterranean grove and beeswax. Good length. Persistence on sage. Freshness and a very descreet pearly side in the mouth. A mineral/ racy minerality side in the mouth, a subtle hint of good bitterness on the finish/ persistence.
