The nose is beautifuly fruity and offers a well-controled (and wanted) oxidative side as well as a certain richness of the fruit. There are notes of mirabelle plum, small yellow fruits and small notes of quince associated with touches of crushed small white fruits, a discreet hint of beeswax and spices. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandise as well as a beautiful salinity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy mirabelle plum, quinte and small notes of crushed small yellow fruits associated with touches of saline minerality as well as slight toasted hints, nutmeg, beeswax and a discreet hint almost quite ripe pineapple. Good length. A subtle tannic hint on the finish/ persistence.
