Tenuta Baldo – Preda del Falco 2020 – Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG

The nose is mineral and offers some fruit and sharpness. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed black plum and a touch of crushed cherry associated with slight hints of olive and chocolate. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, tension, a certain unctuosity, fat, darkness as well as a certain gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, crushed black plum and small notes of chocolate associated with touches of vanilla as well as slight hints of black olive and soil/ ground. Good length. Slightly marked tannins.
