The nose is fresh and fruity. It is discreet with some lemon note. The second nose, with air, has got a little bit more intensity with a fresh minerality. The mouth is fresh and has got some lemon, peach and pear. The mouth feel is very liquid and tangy. The acidity is like a juicy lemon. It is nice and well-balanced. Settled but aromatic. The finish is long with a little bit of lemon and butter with a hint of astringency.
