Made from old vines of an average of 75 years, this is a concentrated, bright and layered wine. Black fruits, Cajun spices, sweet spices and leather are some of the many aromas this complex and developing wine exhibits. On the palate, taste and body is full, but the acidity and structure is light. There’s a chewy feeling from the heavy concentration and a tasteful style.
