The nose is dense, concentrated, roasted. It expresses notes of juicy morello cherry, roasted red cherry, blackcurrant, crushed raspberry, fresh strawberry), fresh rosemary, dried mint, a hint of mint chocolate, even a touch of ripe stalk, a slight hint of hazelnut, lilac and violet. The palate is juicy, straight, chiseled, on tangy fruits (red cherry, cranberries, blackcurrant, tangy strawberry, hint of blueberry), associated with notes of dried mint, rosemary, fresh hazelnut and ripe stalk. The finish is fresh, with a good bitterness reminiscent of coffee, a salivating acidity. The tannins are fine, quite solid, envelopped and well constructed.
