The nose is spicy, racy and sincere. There are notes of spices, camphor and small notes of laurel tree berries associated with a touch of olive tree and slight hints of clove. The mouth is beautifuly fresh, mineral, juicy and offers tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of juicy/ fresh purple plum associated with touches of sage, olive tree as well as slight hints of tobacco and nutmeg. Good length. A sligh chewiness. Good work on the good bitters in the background.
