Sauvignon de Seguin 2021 – Bordeaux

Sauvignon de Seguin 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is tight and reveals a slight crystalline quality. There are notes of mesocarp, kumquat and more lightly of white berries combined with a fine touch of zest. The palate is mineral and reveals freshness, some tension, a fine juiciness, an acidic backbone, roundness and a fine airy side in the approach (discreet). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lychee, quenette and, more slightly, ripe lemon, with hints of passion fruit in the background and a subtle hint of fresh almond on the finish.
