The wine has a light straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity, slightly smoky. We have a little salinity which accompanies notes of lemon and white peach. The second nose is more focused on apple and pear. The mouth is marked by acidity from the attack. There are notes of green apple, pear and lemon. We have fine hints of acacia honey. The whole thing is refreshing with a salivating finish with a touch of salt.
