The nose is fruity, spicy and finely balsamic. There are notes of wild cherry, wild strawberry and slight notes of cornflower associated with touches of blackcurrant as well as hints of Cubeb pepper. The palate is beautifully silky, gourmand and supple. There is a beautiful energy, sapidity. We have notes of pulpy and juicy cherry, bright blackcurrant and small notes of bright strawberry associated with touches of juicy pulpy berries. We also perceive a discreet hint of juicy roast, toasted with vanilla and a subtle hint of liquorice stick. There is an imperceptible hint of cypress in the background. Tannins have a fine chew. Good length.
