The first nose is aromatic, powerful with a hint of flintiness. We do have some apple and peach. The second nose, with air, opens. It is more strict. The mouth is dry with some astringency in the attack. It is very strict with a high acidity. The aromas are peach, apple but also a bit of « TCA ». The acidity is salivating in the finish with pineapple and a hint of butter.
