The nose is a bit restrained, needs time and air to open up. Nice tension on the palate, a lot of oak, sweet spices like cinnamon and cloves. Powerful entry, bold, sticky tannins, elevated, crisp acidity, moderate weight, a lot of sour cherries and raspberries. Juicy but slightly green finish.
