Paradise Springs – Chardonnay 2022 – Virginia

The nose is fruity and offers a small unctuosity. It reveals notes of crushed pear, crushed nectarine and small notes of crushed mirabelle plum associated with almost fine hints of acacia flowers and a very discreet saline hint. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, freshness, a good definition, tension, a certain roundness, mellowness as well as fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, crushed nectarine and small notes of crushed mirabelle plum associated with touches of kumquat as well as almost discreet citrus hints. Good length. Beautful suavity/salinity and a subtle toasted hint. Freshness.
