Nieport Voyeur 2021 – Portugal

(fermented and aged for 8 months in amphorae) The wine has a pale ruby color. On the nose, it expresses notes of juicy and tangy fruit: fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry, red currant, a touch of cranberries, as well as fresh bouquet garni and a discreet earthy touch. On the palate, the wine offers lightness, fluidity, and notes of tangy fruits: raspberry, strawberry, red currant, cranberries, with a touch of crushed blueberry and wild flowers in the background. The tannins are melted and practically imperceptible. Beautiful acidity, which brings freshness and a good bitterness to the moderately persistent finish.
