The nose is delicately perfumed and tangy. It first expresses the aromas of apple, lemon, dried lime zest), associated with racy minerality (limestone, even saline), a refreshing vegetal touch, a bitter hint of grapefruit and a slight smokiness of bergamot and Earl Gray tea. On the palate, it is straight, tangy and chiselled. We find the flavors of green apple, yellow lemon, green pear, candied lemon peel, as well as dried herbs, Earl Gray tea and chamomile. The foam is fine and velvety. Good persistence on the mouth, tangy and mineral.
