The first nose is discreet with some pear and apple notes. Delicate. The second nose opens with a very nice freshness, almost minty and mineral. The mouth is clean and clear with nice flavours of pineapple, green apple and pear. It is juicy. The acidity is well-balanced. The finish is not astringent with a delicate touch of peach. Nice wine.
