The wine has a beautiful pink color, clear and shiny. The nose is fresh and intense with notes of grapefruit and freshly cut grass. We also have touches of red apricot. The second nose is more on crunchy and juicy red and black fruits. The palate is fresh with a nice acidity from the attack. We find notes of pink grapefruit as well as peach. There is a nice minerality and a salty touch on the finish.
