The foam is light and the champagne has a pale pinkish red color. The nose is fruity and intense with notes of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry. There is a beautiful aromatic freshness with a present vinosity. Little by little, the black fruits appear with in particular the blackberry and the skin of the fruit. The palate is fresh and direct. We perceive the kirsch cherry with a light sweetness in the middle of the mouth. The champagne is nevertheless dry overall, full-bodied with other black fruits such as blackberrie. A present bitterness is balanced, the acidity is salivating. The finish, ample, is on the rose and a whirlwind of black and red fruits. It’s clear and straight without forgetting a nice length.
