The nose is about some light hint of petroleum with honey. The second nose, with air, opens with coconut and vanilla but also yellow peach. The mouth is vanilla and even coconut oriented. It is slightly sweet at the attack with toast. It is quite nice with a balanced acidity. The ageing brings more complexity and it is delicate, not exuberant. It is definitely a different style of riesling with secondary and tertiary aromas. We have some dried fruits, coconut, creaminess and roasted peach. The finish is long.
