The nose is very pretty with a nice freshness. We have notes of ripe lemon with a mineral, smoky touch, with imperceptible notes of sage and mint in the background. On the second nose, we perceive more pineapple and juicy peach. The mouth is buttery, toasted with notes of pineapple, apple, lemon and orange blossom. There is a nice creaminess on the finish with a little astringency. The toast is persistent with a salivating measured acidity and a long finish.
