The nose is discreet with some hints of lemon. The second nose opens little by little. We have few hints of yellow apple but it is very subtle. The mouth is fresh and fruity with this apple note. There is a nice freshness with a good acidity. It is well-balanced. The texture is interesting. But it is true that it is very applely. The finish is about yellow apple, almost cider.
