The mouth is beautifuly juicy, fruity and offers pulpiness, a certain brightness, gourmandise as well as purity of the fruit. In the mouth his wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, bright redcurrant and small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of tonka beans, cardamom, a subtile hint of local grove as well as discreet toasted hints, toasted hazelnut and almond.
