The nose is fruity and offers precision and opens delicatly. There are notes of pulpy wild black cherry, bright red berries and small notes of violet associated with touches of sweet pepper, a subtle hint of olive tree as well as a subtle hint of Zan and sweet spices. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, a good definition, a certain delicacy as well as silkiness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy black cherry, pulpy cassis and small notes of roasted-juicy black cherry, pulpy cassis and small notes of roasted-juicy red berries associated with touches of tobacco, cardamom, a hint of black olive an da subtle tonka bean/ toast hint. Beautiful freshness and minerality.
