The nose is mineral and offers freshness and a fine richness. The wine benefits from being decanted. There are notes of juicy/fresh nectarine, crunchy pear and, more slightly, exotic fruits combined with a touch of lychee and a discreet hint of lemon and a very discreet hint of kumquat. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, fatness, a fine unctuousness as well as a fine straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy lychee, crushed peach and, more slightly, tart/juicy apple, combined with fine touches of exotic fruit and a discreet hint of sweet lemon, pink grapefruit, honeysuckle, saltiness and an imperceptible hint of verbena. Good length. Subtle tannic finish, both in structure and aroma.
