Laurent & Céline Notton 2020 – Chablis

The nose is fruity, floral and reveals a fine concentration. There are notes of rose, pink lychee and, to a lesser extent, honeysuckle, combined with fine touches of quince and discreet hints of fresh carambola. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, juiciness, good definition and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of green, juicy apple, crisp white berries and a hint of fresh quenette combined with subtle hints of mesocarp, fresh lemon as well as a subtle hint of fresh starfruit and fine hints of fresh flowers/discrete varietal hints (in the background). An imperceptible hint of fresh butter in the background.
