The wine has a bright pale ruby ​​color. The nose is aromatic and fruity, with notes of juicy red fruits. It expresses notes of red cherry (with a hint of morello cherry), ripe strawberry, raspberry and red plum, combined with a hint of wild blackberry, white pepper, nutmeg, cornflower, rose (in the background) and dried blackcurrant leaf. The palate is juicy, tangy and airy. It expresses flavors of red cherry, tangy strawberry, raspberry, red currant and cranberry, combined with a mineral (dry stone), herbaceous (dried blackcurrant leaf), peppery, a slight toasted and floral touch (dried cornflower, rose in the background). The tannins are fine, but perceptible. Good level of acidity, freshness and medium persistence, on the fruits (especially the red cherry).
