The palate is juicy, sapid and expresses ripe fruits (blackcurrant, crushed strawberry, morello cherry, roasted cherry, crushed blueberry, dried cherry), complemented by the bitterness of bird cherry and cranberries, spicy notes (liquorice, cardamom), chocolate, a hint of tangy cocoa nibs, as well as toasted hazelnut. The tannins are fine and velvety. The finish is sapid, fruity and gourmet.
